Shipping

At Dream Tree Designs, we take great pride in suppling our customers with the best product we can make.

All our Pet Tables are custom made to order and usually takes two weeks from start to finish mostly due to drying times.

Most other products that are not custom ship between 2 -4 days.

This does not apply to:

• Large orders
• International orders
• Customized products
• Print-to-Order or wood products
• Special orders

We do our best to keep shipping rates low, but we still have to abide by FedEx dimensional policies.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup! Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours and can be picked up during normal business hours.
